The handy SITEC bending tools for fast, accurate and simple bending of heavy-wall high-pressure tubings.
Bending tools are available in four dimensions and are applicable for inch and metric high-pressure tubings.
For 1/8" HP tubing with the minimum bending radius of 15 mm at max. working pressure.
For 1/4" and 6 mm OD HP tubing with the minimum bending radius of 25 mm at max. working pressure.
For 3/8" and 10 mm OD HP tubing with the minimum bending radius of 50 mm at max. working pressure.
For 9/16" and 14 mm OD HP tubing with the minimum bending radius of 75 mm at max. working pressure.
In addition, all tools are available with a smaller bending radius for which the maximum working pressure has to be reduced accordingly.
High-pressure tubings should not be heated for bending in order to maintain their strength.
